What will it cost?

All our hourly rates are listed and if you click on the icon on our services page which matches the service you need you will not only get an idea of the types of jobs we do but you will also get an idea of what past customers have paid for jobs we have done for them (so you can get an idea of what a job will cost you before you even ring us!),

Do I have to supply the materials?

No, we are more than happy to supply any materials needed to complete your job or we can work with materials supplied by a customer. But any materials supplied by a customer cannot be guaranteed by us (you should be covered by your statutory rights from place of purchase), we also reserve the right not to fit any materials supplied by a customer if we believe them to be either faulty, of a poor quality (and may represent a danger) or not fit for the purpose.

When do I pay?

When we have finished your job and you are happy and satisfied with the work. We will provide you with an itemised bill there and then which gives you a breakdown of your labour charge and charge for any materials used (if any) so you will always know what your money has been spent on.

Even paying for your handyman could not be easier, the payment methods we accept are cash, credit card, debit card, voucher or cheque*.

Is your work guaranteed?

Dial A Handyman carries five million dollars worth of liability cover to give you piece of mind and all our work is guaranteed for twelve months. If you are not happy with any part of the service you have received from us, let us know and we will do our very best to put things right...Giving you total piece of mind.

*For payments over $500.00 made on credit cards there is a 3.4% processing charge
