Official Licensee Our licensees are fully branded owner operators of the Dial a Handyman brand, distinctive uniforms and vehicle markings make them easily identifiable.

Our directory listings are independent handymen who run their own businesses, but like our licensees they have signed up to our customer commitment policy ensuring you receive only the very best customer service.
Why do we list independent unbranded handymen?
We want to provide our customers with the very best handymen that there are. Although we would love all the best handymen out there to run our licensees some have their own successful businesses and if they meet our strict criteria we list them on our site to bring you the most professional handymen that there are.
Our service commitment to you is:
- To be reliable, If there is ever a time when we cannot turn up on-time then we will always keep you informed
- Be honest, this is the most important one of all, our customers always get total honesty from our handymen
- Listen and understand our customer’s needs, Sometimes problems arise through poor communication we keep it simple and listen to what you the customer wants!
- Be open about what we can and cannot do, why do some people take on jobs they cannot do?.......if we can’t help you we’ll say so!
- Putting it right, We have high standards but we know that occasionally things can go wrong. If this happens please let us know we will be more than happy to put it right in a swift and professional manner
